My name is Viktoria Mortensen

I created Viktoria’s Face & Body Architect to help people reconnect with their body and natural beauty.

Over the years, I have worked with techniques that focus on fascia, muscle tension, breathing, and nervous system balance. Many people carry stress in their face, neck, and shoulders without realizing it. This tension can affect both how we feel and how we look.
